GameAccount offers players three types of tournament play. The first is Single Player, which has a limited number of entries (usually between 2 and 8 players) and players always know how much they can win. When all the players have completed their games the prize is awarded to the person or persons with the best score or time.

The second type of tournament play is the Progressive Jackpot, where tournament entry by a player increases the jackpot prize until it is won by a player. GameAccount sets the score or time "objective" to be beaten in order to win the jackpot.

The third form of tournament play is the Knockout, where groups of 4 or 8 players compete in pairs. For example, in an 8-player Knockout Tournament players start by playing the Quarter-Final against just one other player. Winning gets the player into the Semi-Final where they play again. Winning the Semi-Final means they get to play for the cash prize in the Final. Players need only beat just 3 players to win, offering a faster way to win than Single Player or Progressive Jackpot Tournaments.

Any tournaments displayed means the player made it through to the next round and needs to play again (at no extra cost).
