There are two ways of winning money in two-player games. The first one is a head-to-head tournament that is a single game for stakes. The winner takes all, so skills are very important. The second way is to participate in multiplayer tournament, where prize pot is usually shared between first, second and third places, just like in a flesh and blood tournament.
